If you cannot show that you have English language skills at the standard identified by the Board, then you are unable to establish an entitlement to registration or enrolment.
If you submit an application, other requirements (character, education etc.) will not be assessed and the fee will not be refunded.
If you are able to satisfy the Board's requirements at some time in the future, you may apply at that time.
