HomeProfessional StandardsCode of Professional Conduct Code of Professional Conduct Section 43 of the Nurses and Midwives Act 1991 provides that the Board may establish one or more codes of professional conduct setting out guidelines that should be observed by nurses and midwives in their professional practice.
