Change of Address
To facilitate receiving the reminder notice for the annual authority to practise, each nurse and midwife should ensure that the Nurses and Midwives Board has their current address. While members of the public are able to check whether a nurse or midwife is registered or enrolled, nurses and midwives can be assured that addresses are confidential and are not available to the public.

Notice of change of address may be made by contacting the Board by telephone or in writing. If in writing the change must be signed by the nurse or midwife, and should provide the registration or enrolment number or sufficient other information to identify the particular nurse or midwife.
